The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was extraordinary. the chefs and the servers and everyone was like a family in just few hours. it was truly home away from home and everyone was genuine and superb. room was extraordinary and facilities. i left my heart there and miss every moment. i really wish i can go there again and each time ill choose this hotel. their Saturday brunch was also amazing. Room service was quick and food was great. loved every moment.

Great spa facilities. I wasn't planning to return to Jakarta anytime soon but after staying at The Orient Jakarta i definitely want to travel there again.

Every staff member was very pleasant and smart with a warm smile. The dining area was very nice with a great selection for all tastes and nationallities. The staff show pride in their work and it really does make a difference. We cannot rate this hotel enough and if we were ever in Jakarta again, would definitely stay here. Keep up the good work!

It was a great experience.. wonderful hotel in all aspects.. Cleanliness, breakfast is very varied.. Room service.. the connection to the mall is a beautiful thing.. I can't believe what happened to me as I was surprised by a gift of a toy from housekeeping for my son and a message indicating their happiness with my presence..I've been touched by the kind gesture. about the breakfast, you will never be confused.. as they have all kinds of food.. English, Indian, Arabic, and international.. they have live cooking and their service is excellent I would like to thank all grand hayatt team a special thanks to Ahmed Diyas

Ritz-Carlton Hotel Jakarta Pacific Place ligger i Golden Triangle på Jalan Sudirman. Hotellet erbjuder rum med platt-tv, samt gratis WiFi, en utomhuspool och en restaurang. The world class service, everything was high end and luxurious. Especially I would love to mention that I was in a sad mood because I came to Jakarta for a GD concert but got scammed for the tickets and the hotel understood my situation, they provided me a lot of compliments, filled my bath, made me feel better, were so nice to me. They showed me that this hotel is worth coming back many times. The food tasted amazing, the staff was so lovely and took care of each detail, the room was spacious and the view was amazing. I would recommend this hotel for everyone. They literally took care of everything for me. There are no minuses
