On arrival, we were upgraded to a suite, which was unexpected. The suite was fantastic, lounge area, bedroom and bathroom. The staff are great they are so welcoming and do everything to make your stay special. The hotel has all the amenities you need, a nice restaurant, a large swimming pool and spa. The grounds within the hotel are very peaceful and well kept, and the hotel has kept its old charm. Overall the hotel was very good value for money, certainly go back if in surabaya.

Breakfast was superb and ideal location close to the malls.
We got our room upgrade and the room is excellent very modern and amazing bathroom. Great view overlooking Bunderan HI, access to the executive lounge is a bonus.
We’ll definitely stay there again in the future.

Lovely place to stay. Had a beautiful sauna, swimming pool, steam room jacuzzi and cold bath which was incredible. We were offered breakfast in bed as part of our booking and the food was great. They even catered to requests to have the food early in the morning at like 6am so we could go on our tour. The hotel was in walking distance of pascal mall and food Court too. Very close to trainstation and very central

It was a family trip with 11 members and a baby. The rooms 3 twin beds and 2 king beds were spacious. The twin beds had showers. The king beds had bath tubs. We were all located at the same floor. The breakfast buffet is good too but it would be better if the menu is changed every 2 days perhaps.

Huge place, poolsides and garden, all spaces well designed, polit stuff - we were fully leisure and relaxing. Breakfast is five star and Kemangi restaurant serves good food though a limited choice. The project works didn't disturbed at all.
