The host is extremely nice and even brought me to the hospital (small injury) with her husband and helped with translation. Haven't heard of it before, nor my friends in Jakarta. We thought there are actually only appartements here. As we arrived, the staff were very friendly. Upgraded us to one of the most spacious hotel rooms in Jakarta we have ever seen :). He showed as around and explain about all the facilities (Pools, Bars, Restaurtant, Library, Gym, etc). There is pool on 5th floor and then another one on the rooftop which also host a jacuzzi. Rooftop bar has some of the best view of Jakarta skyline and drinks+snacks are also great. The comfortable room was nicely decorated, nice amenities and the matress was great! Breakfast menu+buffet is one of the best :). We really liked the hotel that on the way back, we went to The Orient again, and cancel our booking on another hotel!

The guys are the best hostel staff I’ve ever stayed with, despite some specific information they gave me that was not correct about the city and things to do around. But it was Ramadan date, so it was confusing, many things worked differently as normal (closed due to Ramadan, change of schedules, etc), so I understand. The bathrooms are so clean and comfortable. For hostel I can say is the cleanest and best I’ve ever been.
