The hotel is really fantastic. It's a real case of value for money. The location, the breakfast, the staff, the restaurants, the rooms and the overall ambience are really nice. The hotel is incentive enough for me to warrant a second visit to the place. The Zafran restaurant is awesome and two items out of the three items that we'd had, Chicken Patiala and the Blueberry Cheesecake were perhaps the best two items that I'd had in a long, long time.

The Hotel is surrounded by tea plantations, has nice gardens and pool. The interior decorations, and in particular, the artwork and pictures on the walls are exceptional. In the entry hall as well as in the bar oldtimer cars are exposed as decoration. The rooms were large and comfortable. Exceptional effort was made to decorate the hotel for the celebrations of Diwali.

The property is well maintained, clean and comfy. Rhe facilities are fantastic, there’s a gym, infinity pool and sky deck. The restaurant was excellent, good staff and cannot fault the food. The breakfast spread was good, everything tasted great! Staff were courteous and attentive.
