Location is unparalleled with great views of the faraglioni from the balcony. The villa is beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. The staff in charge of managing the property was incredibly helpful and made the stay one to remember. The breakfast which is freshly prepared each morning was great and even better with a view!

Fantastic location and oozing with history. The staff are so helpful, attentive, warm and friendly. We received a generous upgraded room at check in and were also delivered a welcome gift of fruit and sweet and savoury snacks/treats brought to our room just after we arrived. Our room was so unbelievably comfortable, and maid service was perfection, always on hand to replenish toiletries, mini bar or assist to any request. We asked for plates to be cleared from our room on the first evening and when we returned, much later, our housemaid had performed a full bedtime turndown service for us, placing slippers at each side of the bed, drawing blinds, turning on bedside lamps and our bathroom was fully refreshed. Quisisana truly did welcome us and made us feel at home!! Breakfast was also amazing with a young violinist playing in the background! Excellent choices of foods at breakfast and a great variety of options.

Set among peaceful floral gardens and lemon groves, Pazziella, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Capri is located in Capri Town, just 100 metres from the Piazzetta. Everything. The staff superb, they went out of their way to help with anything. The location is amazing, the rooms were clean and pretty.

The breakfast each morning was also incredible, with fresh and tasty options. We also loved the wellness facilities: a lovely sauna, a well-equipped gym, and a beautiful outdoor pool where we could relax and enjoy the scenery. From start to finish, everything felt like pure luxury. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience Capri in the most perfect way!
