This was one of the best places I've stayed in so far. The hotel is situated right beside the beach. Very elegant, yet really cosy. The owners family and all the staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and clean, the breakfast was just FANTASTIC. It is located away from the center, which for us was a great advantage. As we visited in May, we were able to enjoy really peaceful time. Also, we used the spa, the massages are something different! Strongly recommend!

The staff were very helpful, courteous and patient. The patio with our room was wonderful giving the room a very spacious feel. We enjoyed the view of the pool and the street below and sat out there relaxing. Fabulous location and the beach facilities and staff were top class. We looked at the local shops where all the retail staff were very kind and helpful. Love Riccione for a regional getaway with friends. Easy access to San Marino which was definitely worth the effort. Excellent artisan ice cream.

Receptionists - great all of them, ready to help, smiley, positive! Breakfast - really good! Enjoyed a lot the coffee in the morning. Room - pretty good size, clean, with spacious toilet. Other staff at the hotel - cleaning ladies/gents, waiters at the breakfast area, other helping staff - ALL GREAT! All of them greeted us every morning, smiling with a great energy, you could just feel it.
