Quality of room and bathroom facilities and spa bath ensured a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The reception was quick and efficient both in check in and check out. The bar is great with a nice selection of drinks. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the pistachio cream croissants. The room was a free upgrade to a suite that had so much space and was incredibly comfortable. Location is convenient for the train station and for the centre of Turin. The bathroom was absolutely perfect. The spa was relaxing and gorgeous. One of the best spa pools I've been in.

I really liked the room, it was spacious and very clean, nice bathroom, looks like freshly renovated. I appreciated the parking that was just few steps away and the view was really nice. Garden in front of the restaurant was cosy and breakfast itself was quite nice. Overall I am very happy with this experience, pity we didn’t benefit from the jacuzzi on top of the hotel and pool because it was raining.

We had a wonderful time (though unfortunately short) at cucchiaio di legno. Place was lovely, nice room with cute cosy balcony, amazing breakfast with so many gluten free/dairy free options (the home made almond cake was to die for!)! The spa was such a nice treat, with sauna, jacuzzi, fire pit and relax room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Finally, we bought the mead and it was delicious! We really hope we'll be back soon!

The building is historic but decorated very modern, it is super spacious and has a common area to relax and a restaurant/bar. Also a cafeteria. This was very convenient. The room was also very spacious. I was surprised that for a 3 bedroom we had 2 bathrooms! The bed was comfortable and super spacious. Huge lockers! The location was a big plus! Close to main attractions and restaurant area. I recommend visiting the open market next to the building and trying some local food there.

Fantastic apartment in the centre of Stresa Town. We had apartment 10 with 3 balconies, 2 with lake views and a large one overlooking the spa area, which was perfect for relaxing. The bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom facilities were really good. Couldn't fault the apartment of the welcome we received.

Great welcome from Luigi, who made it easy for me to check in at my chosen time. The apartment is very central and in a very quiet location. The studio apartment is perfect with a great bed, fantastic jacuzzi bath and mini kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and is spacious. Quiet air conditioning and no noise from other apartments. Altogether, a great place to stay and excellent value for money.
