SwitzerlandWe stayed at the hotel for a week in two suites, one smaller suite where we were 2 people and a large suite where 3 people stayed, both suites were spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The stay was excellent! The hotel was above and beyond our expectations, comfortable, spacious. Special praise to reception staff from whom we received exceptional service, courteous, efficient, professional and full of goodwill, special thanks to the charming Marco, it is difficult to describe in words the level of service we received from him amazing Alice who took care of the culinary side for us. The hotel parking suited our needs, the breakfast was excellent although it lacked vegetables and was a little lacking in variety.
