This boutique hotel was very lovely, very serene, and extremely comfortable. The linens were soft and high quality, the wellness area was pristine, private, and was a wonderful way to end a day spent full of activities. I slept extremely well, and felt completely at home. The location is perfect and very central. True train and bus stations are one block away, making travel to and from the airport and the gorgeous Poetto beach a breeze. Luciana was a wonderful host and very helpful. She even ran to the pharmacy to help me after I injured my foot and needed assistance.

The location couldn't be better – it was so close to everything, which made exploring super easy. Carlo was incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions we had. He even helped organize an airport transfer in the middle of the night, which was a huge relief. On our departure day, he kindly let us leave our bags for a few hours since our flight was in the afternoon. Truly great hospitality – highly recommend!
