The staff was super-nice and helpful. The location is excellent (15 minutes walking distance from Meran city center and thermal spa). The spa is nice, even if the outdoor whirlpool is a bit small - 4 people - and not overly hot in winter.

The champagne breakfast is very impressive and so is the cocktail menu in their evening bar.
