The property was clean and quite, a wonderful location for a family getaway, vacation spot even great for a honeymoon if you request a chef. in all, it was worth the money, well kept, clean and fresh, wonderful host and a great location.

Prior, we spent weeks reading reviews about properties in the area but kept going back to Mystic Ridge Paradise since they have the best ratings in the area. We made the reservation after which, we contacted the host. Charmaine was and is exceptional! She responded to us at 1:00am that morning, expressing how thankful she was that we chose her place. Charmaine maintained contact with us through out the weeks prior to our arrival. She even assisted us with getting transportation. She connected us with Jermaine who’s an extremely patient, pleasant, helpful and professional driver. When we arrived at the apartment, it exceeded our expectations. The apartment is modern, cozy, extremely clean and just right for a family with small children. We really liked the open concept kitchen. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we slept really well during our stay. We are truly grateful for your help, professionalism and care during our stay Charmaine. Please continue the great work that you and Lisa are doing to give guests wonderful experiences at your property. We will definitely visit Mystic Ridge Paradise again.

Offering an outdoor pool, tennis court and on-site nighclub and shops, Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay - Adults Only All Inclusive is located steps from Runaway Bay Beach. So big there were plenty of options. Staff was great - my butler Ashdain was great, some of the waiters like Daniel Kidd and Ushaine took great care of us, the aqua aerobics instructor Sean have really good workouts. Nigel the cart driver was always friendly and Mandisa at boutique store also really great. In general, great staff who were very friendly and helpful. The bar tenders were top class as well!
