Eternal Flame features a restaurant, bar and free WiFi. Free parking is available on site. The main street of Hakuba Echoland is a 6-minute walk away, and features many restaurants/bars. Eternal flame exceeded our expectations and we would recommend staying here if you can. The hospitality there is unmatched, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were hosted well and taken care of. They picked us up and dropped us off at the station, and let us stay and use the amenities after the check out time. The breakfast was amazing and two courses, and cheffed up for each guest. It’s also located in a great area and very close to the ski hills with a shuttle! They are also very well connected with the ski resorts and rental places in the area and offer better rates. Above all else, Nao’s hospitality made our stay amazing.

Taka is amazing and such a cool guy, he arranged alt accommodation for us when his place was booked and dropped us off, shuttled our luggage back and forth, boiled eggs for me, had nice yarns with him. His partner and daughter are also amazing so friendly and welcoming! They invited us to a tea ceremony to celebrate the spring coming which was an awesome experience and added bonus to the snowboarding for which we came! Highly, highly recommended if you're coming to Hakuba!!

The personal and the general manager are very friendly and will go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable.
