3.9 km from Sukumo City History Museum, みなと館 華 is a recently renovated property located in Sukumo and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Dinner and breakfast were good and delicious. The owner was very kind to fetch me from the station in the evening and he drove me back to the station in the morning in the rain which was much appreciated by me.

HANARE紡舎Tsumugiya is a recently renovated holiday home in Ogawa, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. This is a beautiful and very large accommodation (an entire house), that seems to be taken right out of an interior design magazine! It is clear that the owners and beautifully carefully renovated an old traditional Japanese house. It is a joy to stay here! Night skies are especially beautiful.

Boasting an outdoor pool, a hot spring bath and a hot tub, private villa YUHIMI 夕日見の丘 is set in Wajiki, 32 km from Kōchi Station and 34 km from Kami City Takashi Yanase Memorial Hall. Immaculately clean house with every need catered for. Great place to rest for a day after travelling for a few weeks. Host communicated well and was very considerate. The nearby Loki cave is well worth a look.

Set in Kami, 2.9 km from Kami City Takashi Yanase Memorial Hall, ジビエと田舎暮らしの宿 ヌックスキッチン Japanese Game Meat Cuisine & Lodge Nook's Kitchen offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a... Seriously all, if you are travelling in this area, or even thinking about staying in Kochi City, stay at this place. Its not actually that far. Let me explain, host is amazing, best chef ever, rooms are comfortable and with style, everything and anything you can think of is included.

Hiljuti renoveeritud kolmetärnihotell TheMana Village asub Tosashimizus, 1,5 km kaugusel Hakusani pühamust. Kohapeal on vabaõhuvann, tasuta jalgrattad ja privaatne parkla. A real gem, in a beautiful part of Shikoku. Nicely renovated and spacious room with view over the sea, great welcome by staff, very good breakfast and the best: outside hot bath with view over the cliffs (and probably the stars, hidden that day by the clouds). It was a last minute decision to go there, decision I do not regret. The restaurant was unfortunately closed on a Wednesday, but there was a nearby place that served excellent homemade food (Café Cape).

So for anyone travelling in Japan WITHOUT kids, always check those love hotels, they are FABULOUIS. This hotel Liberty is not derogating. Not too far from Kochi station by foot or taxi, you have large spacious rooms, quite clean, a wonderful bathroom with bubble bath, a comfortable bed. You can add a very nice breakfasts, bloody affordable (I wholeheartedly recommend the toasts, excellent), Let's add that the staff is awesome, and helping.

Mullivanni ja konditsioneeriga külalistemaja MICHISHIO asub Kannouras, 2 km kaugusel Shirahama rannast, 27 km kaugusel Mollusco Mugi muuseumist ja 44 km kaugusel Hiwasa Chelonian Museum Carettast. We stayed in the guesthouse while cycling around Shikoku. The guesthouse was very close to the beach which was lovely. We stored our bikes just outside the main entry in this small town. The guesthouse was very clean and had laundry facilities. We ate in the restaurant that was part of the guesthouse and had a plentiful meal.
