He took us to an incredible thrift store (Harman) and made reservations at an incredible modern Japanese restaurant (Zion). The house is beautiful and the onsen amazing. The pillows and futon are best we had during 4 weeks in Japan. Thank you Hiro San!

(Shower is downstairs, still quite convenient.) But the real charm of Morino Garden is the host. Yuriko went above and beyond for us, offering rides, luggage storage, and even a meal we hadn’t booked. We felt as if we’d been welcomed into a home—as, indeed, we had.

The staff are friendly and offer impeccable service.

The best part is climbing net and loft upstairs - my kids very super excited and spent their all free time. Grate experience in Nikko if you are looking for a bit of a remote area. Beautiful and quiet environment. The Onsen in the hotel is amazing, especially the private one! The food was exceptional, such an experience really recommended to book the dinner plan. Very not touristic in the best way, hart to find in Japan.
