Amazing experience of traditional Japanese hospitality. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were on top of everything and would do anything to assist. The roof terrace with foot bath has an amazing view of mount Fuji. The kaiseki style dinner was rich in quantity and our server Sara was great and explained everything thoroughly. We booked a private onsen and It was really worth it. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel to go around. The shuttle bus service was great and very convenient.

Very good traditional Japanese hotel with hospitality and onsens with a good view. We are happy that this reken was our first. The staff helped with many things. The food was awesome! Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. We had a wonderful 1-night stay at Mizno Hotel. The views to the lake and Mt. Fuji from the room are breathtaking. Though we didn't manage to see Fuji due to whether conditions, we've booked a private sento and absolutely enjoyed our time. The room is spacious by Japanese standards and has everything for a comfortable stay.

Great staff; polite and refined but not “too much”, the steak dinner was nice and they were able to accommodate my request to change one of the dishes. Room was spacious, modern and the overall design was great with a large balcony, a lot of sunlight from the windows and privacy at the same time. Wine was great too.

Located just 16 km from Fuji-Q Highland, SORAYADO 宙宿 features accommodation in Tsuru with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as a shared kitchen. A hot tub is available for guests. Great modern clean accommodation, within walking distance of the Fujikyuko Line which serves the Mt Fuji area. The receptionist was lovely and helpful. The cleaning staff work hard and it really shows in the cleanliness of the room. Would recommend, would definitely return!
