Royal Island Resort & Spaはモルディブのバア環礁に位置し、インド洋を一望するトロピカルアイランドです。無料Wi-Fi、スパ、静かな白浜のビーチを提供しています。 滞在中は、ダイビングツアー、サンセットクルーズ、水上スキー、カイトサーフィンを楽しめます。屋外プール、ジム、テニスコートなどのレクリエーション施設も併設しています。 Royal... スタッフが皆フレンドリーで、よく話しかけてくれた。東アジア人は少ないらしく、実際私の滞在中も見かけなかったが、誰にでも平等に丁寧に接してくれた。一人旅で、年越しパーティも一人で参加していたが、スタッフが入れ代わり立ちかわり話しかけてくれたりサービスをこまめに提供してくれたので、さみしさを感じることはなかった。スタッフも経営側から大事にされている印象で、全体的に温かい雰囲気だった。 若いスタッフ含めて全てのスタッフのホスピタリティがしっかりしており、基本的な所作は、もちろん、食事やドリンクの注文もタイミングよく聞きに来てくれる。こちらのミスでディナーの予約を忘れた際も「1人にはしません」と席を用意してくれたり、重たいビーチチェアを夕日が見える場所に動かしたいとお願いすると、快く応じてくれて、最善のサポートをしてもらえた。 設備も綺麗で快適。個人的には広いバスタブでお風呂につかれるのが嬉しかった。部屋によってはレストランまで5〜10分歩くが、島の自然も整備され、散歩にも気持ちがよい。 アラカルトレストランの食事も満足。ビュッフェレストランも、モルディブ文化も感じつつどれも美味しかった。 たまに鮭がゆ、味噌汁、鶏だしの麺などが出るのは嬉しかった。 他にもバーがあったりと、長期滞在でも飽きなかった。 もちろん、海も透明度が高くて魚影が濃く、シュノーケリングに最高な上、ビーチから50〜100m程度でドロップオフがあるのでスキンダイビングも楽しめた。たくさんのカラフルな魚はもちろん、1〜2回だけだが、ウミガメ、エイ、タコ、イシガキフグ等も見かけた。 スパの技術も良く、事前の聞き取りも細かなので、自分の求める強さで、重点的にほぐしてほしい個所をマッサージしてもらえた。 是非また行きたい。

The luxurious Dusit Thani Maldives offers 94 Villas and Residences, located in Baa Atoll, the Maldives’ first and only UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Having been to 2 5* hotels on private islands in Maldives in the last few years, i can honestly say Dusit Thani is on a different level of luxury. We were lucky to be accommodated in one of the most beautiful beach plunge villas no 110 which offers a lot of intimacy. Cleaning was exceptional, food was amazing, varied and lunch was a la carte in our all inclusive package which we liked a lot. Restaurants are not crowded, staff is always helping with drinks, at lunch food is served right away and is very very tasteful. Staff was always smiling and salutting, always willing to help. Luxurious stays await in tropical-style villas located by the crystal-clear waters of a 4 star private island paradise. This was the most beautiful trip of my life. The place is fabulous between the nature reserve, the white sand and the crystal clear sea ensures a unique dream emotion. The kindness of the staff and their professionalism made me feel really at home, I would like to thank the whole team with all my heart. You are special people. The whole island is perfectly in order, the food is good, the rooms are cleaned twice a day, they are happy to fulfill your every wish, you can't ask for more! I was moved when I left because a piece of my heart remained there!
