Loved the beautiful interior of this hotel, lovely rooftop pool and the most comfortable bed in mexico (needed after all the tequila drunken). Close to the Fortaleza distillery and a short walk to town. Loved this place!

Staff was exceptional! Usually we find hotel restaurants to be subpar for orher options in the area. Quite to the contrary the restaurant was excellent. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left 3 days later, we had a wonderful experience with the hotel, its facilities and the wonderful staff. We have been to Guadalajara many times over the past 15 years,but this time our accomodation exceeded our expectations.

I had a wonderful experience at the Sara N Hotel Spa. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was very clean, and so was our room. It was in a great location, walking distance to everything. The check-out time was at 12 p.m. I asked the staff if I could check out at 1:00 p.m. because I was traveling with my one-year-old and that was around her nap time, and our flight didn't leave until 8:30 p.m. They were very great and gave me until 1:20 p.m. to check out. I would highly recommend this place to stay. I will also be staying again when I go back to visit family.
