Staff was exceptional! Usually we find hotel restaurants to be subpar for orher options in the area. Quite to the contrary the restaurant was excellent. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left 3 days later, we had a wonderful experience with the hotel, its facilities and the wonderful staff. I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Puerto Vallarta. The accommodations were so beautiful, the service was top, and the location was perfect, walking just some minutes away from downtown The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back. It's true that the hotel is on a hill, so there's a short uphill walk from Downtown, but it’s manageable and you can also take a car or taxi. This might be a bit tricky for elderly guests, but the views and peaceful setting are worth it!
