A very lovely and calm place, perfect for relaxing. The pool and the jacuzzi with warm water is just an additional highlight. The house and the panorama is beautiful. Our host, Daniel was also very kind and did an excellent service.

The property is very pretty with nice landscaping and views to the lake from it's elevated location. Breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. The beds and pillows in Room 4 were comfortable (linens were not). The property is quiet. Staff was very friendly. Nice having a full kitchen on-site with a refrigerator to use for personal cold bottled water. Garrafon water provided 24/7. Pool and jacuzzis for those who want them (we did not). Nice outdoor covered patio, and sunny lounge area around the pool as well.

The style of the hotel is attractive, finishings are quirky and artistic. The breakfast room is gorgeous, the breakfast was quite good although the coffee a bit weak. The staff were generally very nice, and after our experience at Decameron Los cocos, we felt completely enveloped in case when we arrived at this hotel. We were sick, exhausted and demoralized and I feel that the guest services really knew that and gave us an oasis to recuperate in. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, the bathroom was spacious and well equipped.

Super friendly, happy staff, close to Marina shops with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, things to do. Very large rooms, nice pool, with jacuzzi/hot tub. great breakfast. nice quiet area. can hear some planes taking off, but that was about the only noise thing. would stay here again for sure

So firstly, this is undoubtedly the best view in Puerto Vallarta. If a good view is important to you, you'll love this place. We adored the rooftop pool and bar and had an incredibly relaxing stay. Our suite was HUGE and super clean, it even had a kitchenette for cooking. The bathroom was also a highlight. We received a warm welcome and most of the staff were super friendly - shoutout to Edgar our lovely waiter!

What a fabulous hotel! A great old buidling with big wooden doors right on the street. The location was amazing (right near the square), the room was decorated in a cool, quirky way, there was a big private patio with outdoor furniture and a hammock, overlooking the jungle, with a waterfall! The bed was super comfy, there was a nice gas fireplace, a huge jacuzzi tub and rain shower in a really big bathroom. Super clean, super nice staff. A little coffee maker and tea plus cookies! Just loved it.
