This place is a gem and I hightly reccommend it. It was two blocks from the zocalo, an easy 5 minute walk. It was beautiful--the grounds were well kept and full of flowers, the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, had ample places for luggage and to hang up clothes, a small balcony with chairs and a very comfortable hammock, and a large, gorgeous bathroom. I appreciated the lovely hand blown glass chandeliers and wall hangings, they looked like they belonged in a museum. And to top it all off, a fantastic breakfast was included! This place exceeded our expectations. There was a pool and hot tub that we didn't use, but was, as with the rest of the place, beautiful and artistic.

Great breakfast. Mosquito nets on all the doors/windows so none in the room! The staff were very attentive, the owner even gave us a lift to a wedding we were going to. Surely the best hotel in Tlayacapan.
