This is my second time coming with family since we loved it soo much and it did not dissapoint! Everything was amazing, since the moment we arrived they were very welcoming and acomodating, they went out of there way to make us feel comfortable, the food was spectacular, the ambiance, the drinks, staff I HIGHLY recommend you come here if you want a relaxing and wonderful time.

The location couldn’t be better, everything is within walking distance. Bea truly went the extra mile with her recommendations and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. It was a great hotel room with robes and comfort! The pool and included breakfast was good too 😘 They had a cold and warm Jacuzzi, which was great for the evening when you needed to heat up a bit. We also got a complimentary drink when we arrived, and you get beach towels, beach umbrellas, and can borrow a golf cart from the hotel!! 😻

Set in Sayulita, 500 metres from Sayulita Beach, Casa de la Ballena offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. There was so much I loved. The location was perfect, being near the town centre, but just far and private enough to be quiet. The grounds are absolutely stunning; it was a pleasure to just spend time at the pool or on the patio, taking in the beautiful courtyard, day or night. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind and take so much care in what they do. The water filtration system at the kitchen and bathroom sinks meant that we never had to think about water, we just filled up our glasses or bottles. Having stayed other places in Mexico on our trip, this felt like an understated luxury. Everything was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was well-appointed with everything you’d need and the room had thoughtful closet space that made our lives easier not having to live out of our bags. Everything here felt like it was chosen with thought and intention. We always remarked upon returning from our day’s adventure how happy we were that we chose this place as it just felt like coming home to a beautiful retreat with everything we needed!

It’s located in a very calm and natural environment: you will even see some crocodiles on the other side of the river and a cute little turtle in the garden. The room is spacious and it’s very quite but still close to some nice restaurants. But what stood out for us the most was the kind staff. They even helped us to ship my forgotten shoes to our next location in Mexico. Very friendly of them! We can only recommend staying here!
