The room was lovely, quiet, with AC and such a comfortable bed, great for resting after a day of exploring the city. The location is also great, close to Zocalo. It has a very nice sun deck with a jacuzzi, and a well equipped bar. The staff was so nice and attentive all the way through our stay, and helped us with all our questions and even to get a taxi to the airport on very short noticett. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Oaxaca.

She truly wanted to help us and went around town with us to make sure we got our tickets!! We were blessed to have met her! An amazing, genuine human! What a life saver!
