Honestly amazing staff that go above and beyond for you. They even checked for me at the airport for a jacket I left behind by accident. There’s always coffee and water. The rooftop is beautiful they even have some weights for working out. I loved the neighborhood many great eats and cafes nearby. They gave restaurant suggestions which exceeded my expectations. I loved this property and would stay here again. I’ve seen reviews complaining about noise but it’s very quiet there. Especially considering it’s Mexico. Mexico is not typically quiet. I had great sleeps here. The location was awesome very walkable to everything and I will return when I’m in Oaxaca again. They have everything you need. Tiny mini fridge in room and larger one to keep food in on second floor. Stocked kitchen on the rooftop to prepare food if you wish. Beautiful views. Just an amazing stay overall

Everything was spotless, and the amenities were very nice. The extra robes, sandals, and shopping bag offered for use during your stay were a thoughtful touch. We enjoyed the welcome mezcal and the friendly staff. Communication was great, and the little city guide with recommendations was very well done. It would be nice to add an online map in addition to the printed maps they provide. Our small private patio was perfect to use at night, and while we didn’t get a chance to try the pool or bar, they looked lovely. Everyone was very kind, especially Ivan and Rebecca, who were amazing.

The staff went above and beyond!!! We are forever grateful for Betzy!!! She saved our trip by finding 7 Guelaguetza tickets after we had received fake ones! She truly wanted to help us and went around town with us to make sure we got our tickets!! We were blessed to have met her! An amazing, genuine human! What a life saver!
