The accommodations were so beautiful, the service was top, and the location was perfect, walking just some minutes away from downtown The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back. It's true that the hotel is on a hill, so there's a short uphill walk from Downtown, but it’s manageable and you can also take a car or taxi. This might be a bit tricky for elderly guests, but the views and peaceful setting are worth it!

Ramon, our chef, is exceptionally talented. Every meal was a gourmet feast. I asked him for recommendations for what type of meals to eat, and everything he prepared was delicious and healthy! He was a tremendous host and very flexible when it came to unexpected changes in our plans. I asked for a specific Mexican dish that he had never prepared, and it came out better than what I had in mind! The concierge staff was also extremely helpful and attentive. The location is literally perfect. The beach is all white sand and not in downtown PVR, which means it was practically empty. The cleaning crew was thorough and fast.
