This flat is in a brand new condo complex. It is exceptionally clean, rooms are perfectly arranged, huge living room and kitchen area. For the 5 of us (my wife, and 3 friends from which 2 is a couple) it was perfect. We only got 1 set of keys initially but we asked for another one and got it in an hour or so. We didn't even have to be home, it was left on the table for us in the evening. There is an awesome swimming pool, whirpool, gym area. The only thing to notice here is that you have to be fully dressed if you are a woman to use the swimming pool (muslim rules). Location was great and we loved every minute of our stay here.

The pool and playground were great for our lazy afternoons. The condo itself was large with comfy beds and the in home washer was great. It was also an easy location to get Grabs from to the various attractions that were all close (<30mins). There are also tons of amenities (grocery store, restaurant, banks etc.) under five minutes away by Grab.

Didn’t expect the room come with little pantry with ricecooker, water kettle, and stove to cook. Plates, cups and utensil for cooking also provided. But they only allow Halal food ya. There is fridge also. Room is very clean and love the sweet pink color room😆 pool is not too deep and have lovely warm temperature. This place is well maintain.

From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly; the host is very kind and accomodating as well! The room was clean and in good shape when we arrived. All the facilities of a small studio were available for a short but good trip. We were both very pleased with the room. It was also quiet at night since it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city so we managed to get good sleep. There are some eateries and small shops around. If you don’t mind walking, 15-20mins walk will get you close to many other eateries and to the waterfront area. Otherwise, Grab is available. Minor issues mentioned to the host during checkout and they were very responsive about it. Will definitely return to stay here if i make another trip down to Kuching in the future!
