The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was perfectly organized, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I’d definitely come back again!

We were taken to the 50th Floor for priority check in as we upgraded to enjoy the EQ Club and were given exceptional service. The concierge did not explain about the room as he wanted it to be a surprise and again a big wow factor. We left totally satisfied with the hotel and staff. Would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to the twin towers.

The restaurant people are so amazing, serving you with a smile I want to mention some of them the Nooraslina, Shikin and Yusma, also I want to mention the room service and how much was the facility is well clean and any item, if needed, was provided. Really it was an excellent stay in such luxorious hotel I wish to repeat it again. Thank you Shangri-La management for the amazing stay and you should be proud of your working team.

Location & Access: Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA (Landside) is connected directly to KLIA via a sky bridge, it's just a 5-minute walk from the terminal. Guests also enjoy a complimentary 24-hour buggy service.... We loved how easy it was to get to the airport from the hotel. You can easily walk from Terminal 1 or take their complementary buggy service, which we did. The buffet and dinner buffets were amazing and for a good price.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Reizz Residence Zen Den is located in Kuala Lumpur. It was very nice and clean. All the furniture in the room was very good and the furniture in the room was also very exclusive. The atmosphere in the room was very comfortable. I also found the check-in and check-out system here to be very easy. There was also a balcony in addition to the two rooms. And from that balcony, I was able to see the night view of Malaysia and the entire city of Malaysia during the day. And this property manager helped and supported us a lot. Considering everything, the apartment was very good. We traveled here for two nights. The rent for two nights was also very low. We paid for everything including the swimming pool, gym, parking, etc. with that rent.
