The Antigua Casona San Blas is a family-owned and operated boutique hotel in the historic center of Cusco with 50 rooms. evrything is beautiful! The bed is very comfortable so are the pillows. The hotel is suoer nice! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The food is very good. Great location

The vegetarian dinner at the restaurant was gourmet level and beyond our expectations. There are lovely paths up the mountain to the farm and temple, with even more stunning views. You are quite literally in the clouds early in the morning which makes Stardome an amazing place to stay. It was the perfect place to wind down after hectic days at Machu Picchu.

Set in Ollantaytambo, 21 km from Bus Station, Las Qolqas EcoResort Ollantaytambo offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The photos and descriptions don’t do this place justice. Located in a quiet valley half an hour’s walk (or a short drive) from Ollantaytambo the Las Qolqas Eco Resort by far exceeded our expectations. The friendly and helpful staff helped us with all our questions and requests, alongside the manager and the owner of the hotel. They also recommended a Machu Picchu guide for us (Porfirio - charming and very knowledgeable) and helped us with transportation to and from the train station to get to Machu Picchu (included in our room rate). The food on site is excellent, as are the drinks. There are fireplaces in each cabin which they’ll light for you at your request. You can admire hummingbirds from the comfy chairs on your veranda while you can hear the birds chirp and the sounds of the nearby river. We also did a lovely 2hr hike (each way) on an Inka Trail to the nearby Pumamarca Ruins which was amazing and we didn’t see any other tourists the whole way - a great way you get away from the masses. Las Qolqas was easily our favourite place we stayed at in Peru.

Located in Urubamba, 800 metres from Bus Station, Lizzy Wasi Urubamba provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Wonderful place surrounded by the large, very well maintained garden and mountains, managed by very nice and helpful personnel. Window view, terrace, meals in the restaurant, rooms, variety of birds- all was very great.

The hotel boasts impressive interiors with antique exposed bricks, vaulted ceilings and sleek designer style furniture. Cusco’s cathedral and main square are only 3 blocks away. The hotel service was excellent, the location was superb, and it was very safe.

Part of Tierra Viva Hotels Chain, this property is located in Urubamba, the heart of the Sacred Valley, 60 km from the centre of Cusco and only 11 km from Ollantaytambo, the starting point to explore... The facilities were amazing !! The bed was very comfortable, the food in the restaurant was good. We couldn’t enjoy of the breakfast buffet because we had to leave early for a trip, but the staff prepared our breakfast in a bag to take away, really appreciated it.

This is a truly amazing hotel. The building has a lot of charm. The staff is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are spacious and beautiful .
