Niché au cœur d’un jardin tropical exceptionnel, près d’un lagon, l’Hôtel Fenua Mata’i’oa dispose d’un bar et d’un restaurant. This is such a wonderful property- the years of care and personal time invested by the owner and staff are evident in every turn. Location is so convenient, but when there you feel separated from the daily life of the island enterprises. It’s a little slice of heaven on Moorea. The grounds of the hotel itself are fascinating and overflowing with tropical trees and flowers and statuary. The cats are so friendly and make it feel like home (but we love animals). The entire staff want nothing more than for you to relax and enjoy and will go out of their way to assist you with anything they can. They were all so nice and helpful and pleasant. We ordered breakfast each night and it was delivered promptly the next morning and was delicious every day. We were out exploring or doing activities most days so weren’t there much during the daytime. We had a couple nice dinners out and had delivery from Holy Moly Steakhouse one night when we wanted to stay in. So several choices for dining options in your suite or nearby depending on your schedule and preferences. We had a rental car from Avis that we picked up at the ferry port in Moorea and dropped off at the airport in Moorea which I would recommend to make it easier to get around. It was very easy to navigate around the island. But several of the restaurants and activity coordinators will gladly pick you up and drop you off at the hotel if you don’t want a car. It was a very safe location and we had a mixed crowd of guests during our stay. Solo female travelers, couples with very small children, mixed generational families (grandparents, parents, older children, etc), and some couples either honeymooning or vacationing. It was a nice mix and everyone just kind of did their own thing. It never felt crowded or too full. It was perfect.

L’hébergement Le Fare Tianee, Résidence Légends, BEST VIEW vous accueille à Moorea, à respectivement 1,5 km et 21 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Plage de Papetoai et Golf Moorea Green Pearl. Perfect location, beautiful wooden house, large terrace with unbeatable view on the lagoon. You get your own bedroom with balcony and your private bathroom. The entry, terrace and kitchen you share with very kind couple, who will make your stay very pleasant, comfortable and also private, as much as you want. Every morning they welcomed us with delicious breakfast, including fresh croissant from the local bakery. The house was once the part of the Resort, so the environment is green, tidy, safe, with private entrance to the property. You have access to small fitness, swimming pool & tennis court. It’s recommended to have a rent a car (as generally in Moorea), which can be provided by the owners. In our case we’ve got a very nice 4x4 Suzuki Jimmy, automatic transmission for very reasonable price. Raquel & Laurent were shared with us lots of useful information & recommendations. A l'arrivée un plateau d'ananas était préparé pour nous ainsi que des bouteilles d'eau c'était une très gentille attention ...la vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle, on ne sen lasse pas ... Des masques et jeux sont à disposition ...

Situé à Papetoai, l’hébergement Villa Honu - Legends Residences - Stunning Ocean Views offre une vue sur la mer. The property is in a gorgeous location overlooking the sea. It is very tranquil with every amenity you could wish for to have a relaxing stay. Jenny was exceptionally attentive too although we didn’t have cause to need her during our stay. I could highly recommend this place.

Wonderful luxury villa with serene privacy and a beautiful view of the coastline and island jungle. The accommodations are very comfortable and up-to-date in all respects, with adequate wifi service and a well-equipped kitchen. The private deck and jacuzzi are really nice features where you can spend quiet, private time relaxing and enjoying the view and a glass of wine or whatever your pleasure. There is also a small laundry machine and dryer on site that work fine. The Holy Steakhouse at the entrance of the villa community is one of the best restaurants on the island with great food and drinks. Functional food markets are nearby in either direction on the main road. This is a great place for a private stay on Moorea.
