Surrounded by 80 000m² of beautiful gardens, this 5-star hotel is 4 km from Évora city centre and housed in a renovated 15th-century convent. It offers a piano bar and free parking. The bed the room everything was comfortable and high quality. The staff were great. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast were superb

Situated in Vila Nova de Milfontes, 1.4 km from Patacho Beach, Quinta do Canal features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The Quinta is beautiful. The staff were exceptional and friendly.The breakfast was plentyful, and a good variety of items to choose from to eat. Anna Moseto is the queen of the kitchen. Thank you for everything.

A recently renovated guest house in Selmes and within 35 km of Alqueva Dam, B&B Casa da Ponte Selmes Vidigueira features pool with a view, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. Casa da Ponte is such a gem! The rooms are round a lovely garden which is shared with the owners. It's a shady haven, with a pool, and swings and hammocks to chill in. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. We visited a river beach nearby which was really fun and the Casa da Ponte owners lent us paddle boards. We also enjoyed the pool table and the turtle pond.The owners are really friendly and welcoming but also give you plenty of space. All in all we loved it and hope to be back!

SOLAR DOS FRADES asub Ferreira do Alentejo ajaloolises hoones, 48 km kaugusel Flouri muuseumist. Hiljuti renoveeritud külalistemajas on välibassein ning spaa- ja tervisekeskus. Two weary cyclists arrived for one night. We were delighted! Ines—one of the owners— is warm and welcoming. Our room was splendid—comfortable, lovely, overlooking the beautiful pool. Breakfast was perfect—obrigado Patricia! We liked this beautiful Solar ( a former school where Ines was a schoolgirl—how cool!) so much that we stayed one more night! My friend left for work in Lisboa and I stayed for a third night! One night turned into three because it is so delightful! I have cycled 94,000+km around the world and have stayed at well over 1000+ hotels around the world on every continent except Antarctica—Solar Dos Frades is one of the best! Obrigado Ines! All the windows have mosquito nets which is amazing for people who tend to get bitten while sleeping :) Host Jerome makes you feel really welcome, it’s a very warm and loving family, always around and happy to help. It’s very close to the village, which makes it easy to shop and have dinner at restaurants. Very safe and entertaining for kids to play around free.

Spacious clean rooms. Beautifully decorated. Grounds were nice. The staff was the cherry on top. Beatrice and Miguel went above and beyond to make our stay spectacular.

A Janela Do Castelo asub Monsarazis. Kohapeal on konditsioneeri ja terrassiga majutusruumid. It was such a privilege to stay right in the heart of a beautiful medieval village. The property is outstanding. Heaps of space, extremely well appointed, especially if you want to cook your own meals. And why not when the views from your terrace are so picturesque. Our host provided lots of helpful information in advance and responded promptly to our questions. The bed was very comfortable and there was zero noise at night so sleep was a breeze. Make sure you follow the advice to drive to the property exactly so you don’t end up down a narrow back street.

Our host Fatima was wonderful and very friendly making us feel genuinely welcome. She was also very helpful with various suggestions of places to eat. The room we had was very comfortable and spacious with a large attractive bathroom. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and varied. We had a very relaxing stay out in the countryside.
