I booked a suite for my daughter’s birthday and although getting in to Faro was not great due to the storm (we were diverted to Seville and had to get a coach to Faro), once we got to the suite at 2@m in the morning, we were so happy as the room is so beautiful. The decor of the entire building was gorgeous. The facilities on hand were very helpful. There is an instruction guide provided in the room as well as instructions for the sofa bed. Because of the diversion, we missed the check in deadline but once I contacted the host, we were assured we could still have access to the property using the information provided earlier. What can I say about Catalina! She is an absolute gem! Sent me messages, checking on my whereabouts during the whole diversion saga. She is so warm and lovely and seems to really want guests to feel at home. She was truly a lovely person. I am most definitely coming back to the suites so we can enjoy the outdoor setting. Everything is very well thought out. Fantastic stay, would give 11/10!

Located beside the Aquashow Outdoor Water Park, this 4-star hotel offers rooms with a private balcony. It features indoor and outdoor pools, a spa bath and a fitness centre. Free WiFi is available. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Location was in a quiet area, which we appreciated given fact that nearby are streets with noisy bars and clubs. Beaches within walking distance, around 15 minutes to reach. Host very attentive and nice. Breakfast has a good diveristy and they prepare for you on spot eggs. Very close some nice restaurants like Cais AO Mar and House of Stews. Room was perfectly clean and bed very comfortable.

This hotel was excellent and truly deserves a 10/10 rating. From the very beginning, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The host was extremely friendly and kind, creating a very personal and pleasant experience. Everything felt natural, relaxed, and well cared for. As a small and purely optional suggestion, breakfast could be made even more perfect with a simple note on the table explaining the available options. The breakfast itself was wonderful — a generous bowl of fresh fruit, a selection of different coffees, and eggs prepared to order. Having a short list of available egg styles and coffee types might help guests feel more confident when choosing. Some vegetables could also be a nice extra, although the breakfast was already very satisfying. Overall, this is a fantastic place with great hospitality, excellent food, and a lovely atmosphere. The experience was outstanding, and we would gladly return and recommend this hotel without hesitation.
