All the staff were outstanding in helping with our trip to this marvelous location in such a serene area of Portugal. My only regret is we did not arrange to stay in the hotel longer. Super help from our server for supper. John our server not only made our evening feel very special but he also made some wonderful suggestions for the rest of our trip including somewhere to find some cheese that we enjoyed with our supper. We both found the cod main course splendid. Your staff made this short stay for us feeling relaxed and ready to continue our journey.

At the bed and breakfast, units include a wardrobe. Some of the units have a satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, and a private bathroom with a hot tub and a hair dryer. The units are equipped with heating facilities. Everything ! We were initially slightly hesitant booking a tent during autumn / winter, but the facilities and amenities made the whole experience amazing ! From the friendly staff , fire place, jacuzzi - it was a trip to remember ! To top it off , very dog friendly, our Labrador had a great time !

The rooms were clean, the Christmas decorations added to the festive atmosphere, and the spa experience was wonderful for relaxation.

De Viseu rooms have parquet floors and modern furnishings. They are air-conditioned and feature a minibar, electric kettle and a flat-screen TV. Some rooms feature spacious furnished balconies with panoramic city views. Big room, clean and very comfortable. The building is very beautiful and the staff very friendly. It was a good thing that they had some special treats for my dog. Great location with a good parking lot.

Some rooms have a balcony. Amazing place in a beautiful setting with super helpful staff who clearly take pride in this wonderful experience. Pools are lovely and relaxing with lots of different areas of bubbles / jets / saunas/ steam room etc. rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Food is amazing with lots of choices ( we are vegetarian) and the even the breakfast coffee tastes lovely! ( unusual!)

The hotel has a panoramic lift, a covered swimming pool - that can be uncovered depending on the weather conditions - and free access to the gym, sauna, Turkish Bath and Jacuzzi®. The entire experience was wonderful. I was there on low season, but it still felt wonderful. The room was huge, the sea view was wonderful, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was the best I have seen.

A great hotel in a beautiful place! we very enjoyed our weekend here. SPA is awesome, staff is polite, rooms very comfy.

An intense place equipped with all the necessary comforts where we were truly able to find ourselves and spend precious time together with our family.
