Pousada De Viseu is a grand 19th-century building in the city of Viseu. It offers spacious rooms, spa facilities, and outdoor swimming pools. De Viseu rooms have parquet floors and modern furnishings.... The transformation from hospital to hotel is fantastic; the highlight a spacey atrium with fantastic light. Our room was big and very comfortable. The breakfast buffé huge and of really good quality. There are lots of parking on the hotel grounds and the hotel is situated a short walk from the centre of Viseu. Recommended.

This hotel is located right onto an oceanic beach, next to an 18-hole championship golf course. Guests can access an extensive spa equipped with 8 treatment and massage rooms. Free WiFi is available. The buffet breakfast and the food generally was outstanding. The customer service was also great.
