Set in the upmarket Buna Ziua residential neighbourhood, above the centre of Cluj, Grand Hotel Italia is a palatial luxury hotel furnished in Italian Liberty style. Beautiful hotel with great breakfast and very nice spa. The night we arrived there was a problem with the hot water in the bathroom and the staff was really nice and kind and gifted us with a late check out and a free spa entry the day after.

The staff was extremely kind and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The view was absolutely awesome, truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend! We spent a few relaxing days, surrounded by tall pine trees and bird songs. The hot tub experience was amazing. Highly recommended!!
