The staff is very friendly and polite. They were ready to help us with everything. The room and common space have beautiful contemporary design. The hotel has very good restaurant in the hotel. Unfortunately we were there in Ramadan but we could order food via service room , everything was delicious.

The facilities & staff were excellent. In particular Sultan at the front desk was very helpful and always goes above and beyond to help make our stay memorable.

This new 5-star hotel features a year-round outdoor pool with views of the city. It is located in the heart of the city and provides easy access to the commercial districts in Riyadh. Everything, literally. In addition to that, what made the stay exceptional were the professionalism and hospitality with which Ms. Sereen and the staff at the reception received us and the generosity with which Ms. Sereen treated us and the joy she added to our stay.

Narcissus Riyadh Hotel & Spa is located on Tahlia street cross Olya street which is the heart of Riyadh’s business and financial centre. It features free Wi-Fi, 3 restaurants and meeting facilities. I loved the hotel everything about it was really amazing. The rooms are really nice and clean as well as the services they offer I tried the spa and I loved the massage. To be honest I loved everything about the hotel specially the staff attitude for house keeping and how kind and welcoming they are

Madareem Hotel is a luxurious 4-star hotel, situated in the heart of Riyadh. It features an outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, Jacuzzi, Resturants, Massage, and free in-room Wi-Fi. Very helpful and welcoming staff (special thanks to Modha from the reception, the team at breakfast and dinner). The buffet at dinner are amazing and very affordable with 25% discount given to guests. The facility overall is astonishing and luxurious. Location is perfect, especially for business travellers, away from the hustle of Riyadh, close to the Riyadh Front, Riyadh convention, Airport and The Business Gate.
