The beds were king-sized. Room was very spacious. Toilet amenities were superb (has bidet, dehumidifier bath tub and shower). Sofa was comfy. There is a water dispenser outside the room. Mineral water was also provided. There's a lift, so no need to carry luggage up stairs. Coffee machine and microwave on the 1st floor in the common area, where you can dine and do work. Owner is friendly and helpful. The B&B is in a residential area, so it's quiet and peaceful. There's also a 24hr laundromat just down the road.

The solitude in the forest and the hillside location and its views were absolutely breathtaking, one of the best and most unique accommodation experiences I have had. The staff is also very forthcoming and nice. The rooms are spacious and the bathtub on the veranda is just the cherry on top.

If you want a private hot spring in your room you have found the right place. The rooms are amazing, comfortable and well designed and a private hot spring balcony you can fill up with your desired temperature of water. It's real hot spring mineral water too from close by! I thought this place was great value for the money. It didn't say on my booking but there was free breakfast included which was big and healthy, and free snacks in the room for late night hot spring soaking. I am so happy we booked this place for a night before returning to Taipei. Way better then Beitou. The staff here was also super nice and let us drop our bags and gave us an early bike so we could go explore a bit since we arrived ahead of schedule.

Le Meridien Hualien Resort está en Hualien, a 13 min a pie de Playa de Beibin Park, y dispone de alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado, centro de fitness y jardín. Beautiful hotel in the most prime location in hualien. Upon entering I was blown away by the design of the lobby, mostly wooden elements that conveyed a sense a warmth. The front desk was quite busy so check in took a little longer than expected, but the staff were professional and friendly. Room was spacious and quite large for a standard room, the bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've slept on. Breakfast the next day was a semi buffet with some hualien specialties, not a huge variety but everything was good. Overall this hotel exceeded my expectations, I was surprised to see such a high end hotel here in Hualien. Due to earthquake onsen is under repair, and restaurants aren't fully open, looking forward to the official opening, I will surely be back again!
