The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The house is very large and spacious, clean and well appointed. Beds and living spaces were all very comfortable. The extra meals we ordered from the hosts were all delicious and fairly priced. It was a short walk to a nearby mall and the local market on the main road. The views of Mt Meru from the rooftop terrace are spectacular. It's on the side of town where most of the safari companies are based so it was an easy pickup location. The hosts also offered taxi services if you want to see and do some things in Arusha. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The huge Trevor Cole images adorning the hallways and the rooftop mural immediately remind you that you are in Maasai land. But once you enter your huge and well-adorned room you can isolate yourself from any world you wish. No doubt Arusha has many nice restaurants, but with a rooftop restaurant, excellent menu, chilled beers and exceptional staff, my colleague and I chose the Sanna for every meal. Breakfast proved to be a perfect start. No fussing about a buffet table helping yourself to cold food. At Sanna you order anything and everything you want from the breakfast menu and it’s delivered to your table hot and fast … and with a huge smile. At Sanna we weren’t faceless nameless guests at a luxury international hotel. Staff, security guards and even the Manager/Owner Prince treated us like guests who had names and places to go.
