We found The Avenue last minute online. It was better than we anticipated. The room was clean, the pool pristine and the breakfast well above the norm. The staff were helpful.

The swimming pool was also very nice. The staff at the desk was nice and chatty! Nearby Christiana Mall - in case you want to do some shopping.

It is a cozy, happy condo: comfortable bed, light and modern kitchen with literally more than you will ever need, great view of the ocean and easy access to both a pool and a short walk to the beach. We loved the balcony and ate most meals looking at the ocean and the sunrise was amazing from it as well.
