Staff were very friendly and happy to help. We were able to check in slightly earlier with no issues, and they were also happy to store our luggage after check out for the rest of the day, as we were heading to Dollywood. The room was nice and spacious with a large comfy bed and modern/clean bathroom. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Would happily stay again.

The staff was very friendly, and they do a lot to make your stay comfortable. The 17.30 snack, three drinks per person for free, and snacks and food. We liked the breakfast a lot. We loved the pool and the hot tub. We loved everything about it, and the location is just perfect. 5-minute walk down to Broadway.

The room was huge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous - this hotel is part of the island entertainment and shopping area. Our riverview room was quiet with a restful balcony over the river. Relaxing is actively encouraged, including around the fireplace in the lobby.

Situé à Franklin, dans le Tennessee, le Drury Plaza Hotel - Franklin vous propose un hébergement avec piscine et petit-déjeuner chaud servi tous les jours. We really liked the location. It was a short drive from there to downtown Franklin ( a really cozy village full of nice restaurants and shops). We took UBER and it was around 8$ each way. There are restaurants nearby as well as Wholefoods. Breakfast and snacks in the evening were included in the price, which was a bonus. We also were lucky to check in early at no cost. We stayed on the 9th floor and we had AMAZING views from there. The room was really spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast was varied with healthy options.
