This hotel was a surprise and we booked it by the ratings on Booking.com. We were treated like gold by the staff and the rooms were fantastic. Even free smores kits for the kids for an evening roast!

Supremely comfortable, quiet, plenty of safe parking, fabulous freshly prepared breakfast and very pleasant atmosphere and staff. Cody itself we loved and will likely be one of the highlights of our whole trip. Dinner at Cassies, Old Trail Town and Cody Firearms Experience all worth a look. We also used Walmart for our picnic lunches to take into Yellowstone. Chief Joseph highway totally awesome drive, just a shame that Bear Tooth was closed for winter whilst we were there. Although the rooms are traditionally decorated and furnished, which is not my style our cabin was very large and very well maintained. The young ladies on reception were very friendly and helpful. We could walk anywhere in Jackson so was very well located. The breakfast was very good and my husband appreciated the home made cookies.

The location is excellent, right in the center of town (but quiet). The hotel is beautiful and super comfortable (the rooms, the library, even the business/conference room), and the staff is super attentive to every detail. We stayed for five nights and were so pleased with everything. We used the hot tub on the roof (at sunset with light snowflakes drifting down and beautiful views of the mountains). Wonderful daily touches like beautiful packages of chocolates every evening, a welcome half bottle of wine and handwritten note upon arrival, coffee station every morning (in addition to good nespresso machine in room) which becomes a tea station every afternoon and evening complete with home baked treats daily, and a hot chocolate bar set out as well! Honestly, a lovely small hotel with impeccable service. They offer a shuttle to the ski slopes too, which we didn’t use this trip.

Lovely facility, good quality fittings and equipment. Very comfortable cabin. Clean, but a strong smell of disinfectant on arrival. Cabin had a bedroom (large double bed), good sized shower room with decent shower and kitchen/sitting room. Ideal for 2 people. Using the sofa bed for an extra 2 people would be rather cramped Bedroom size adequate. Very comfortable bed. Good quality bed linen and luxurious towels. Outside terrace for eating. Kettle and coffee machine provided.
