Staff were very welcoming and helpful, clean and beautiful hotel with modern interior and stunning views. Convenient area, close to everything. Highly recommended, would definitely choose this hotel again.

Facilities at the hotel were good. The spa services was amazing, though the spa could use some more interior work to have a better experience. The rooms were very clean and neat. The room was spacious with a partial sea view. Our request for room on the higher floor was met. The staff too were decent & cordial, though english is not understood very well by the restaurant staff that we encountered.

This property is 1 minute walk from the beach. The Hotel offers elegantly well-appointed rooms and suites with great views toward the ocean and the city. The hotel slightly exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was rich and offered plenty of choices. Another highlight was the Infinity pool, which had a long lane for swimming and pleasantly refreshing water. Right next to the pool was a bar offering drinks made from freshly pressed juices. In the morning, the pool area was sunny with a view of the waves, making perfect start cor fhe day. I was especially surprised by the gym, which turned out to be better than expected. What concerns fitness room, the treadmill was not working but one can always get creative to have a good workout. It’s not a full gym but rather an added value provided by the hotel, and it worked well.

A fitness center and massage spa are available on site. hotel was clean , staff always take care about the customers , location is near downtown Da Nang city , everything is great . Especially , Truc Tuan & Tien , Tan , Thien very lovely and take care our family .

Excellent and well trained staff. Very friendly, caring and efficient from doorman, reception and restaurant staff. Breakfast was also excellent with a variety of western and local foods. Good quality. The location is very close to the Lady Buddha with fantastic view of her and the ocean. The location is less crowded and more peaceful than the My Ke beach area.

Clean room. Good value. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating to our need. They also have laundry services if you need just ask the front desk does not including with the room charge.

Set in Da Nang, 2.7 km from Thanh Binh Beach, New Orient Hotel Da Nang offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. What a wonderful hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Lucie. Nothing is too much for her — she's always willing to help and arrange anything you might need. In the morning during breakfast, Lucie came by for a chat. She asked how we were doing and if there was anything she could do to make our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated this personal attention. Initially, the booking didn’t go well. Booking.com hadn’t mentioned that the room had no view, nor that painters would be working on the balcony every morning from 6:30 a.m. We declined this room and explained that we had expected one with a view. The ladies at the front desk handled the situation very professionally and to our complete satisfaction — we even received a complimentary upgrade. Truly an amazing room! Despite this small hiccup, still a 10 out of 10!
