The hotel staff was nice, and they were friendly throughout our stay there Huyen helped us with the airport shuttle reservation, and provided tips for spending the days in Da Nang, and nearby attractions. Located in the My Khe Beach district in Da Nang, 500 metres from My An Beach, Risemount Resort Danang features barbecue. The resort has a spa centre, coupled with a hot tub and a sauna. We loved the hotel in whole. The pool and the room is good value of money.

What a wonderful hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Lucie. Nothing is too much for her — she's always willing to help and arrange anything you might need. In the morning during breakfast, Lucie came by for a chat. She asked how we were doing and if there was anything she could do to make our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated this personal attention. Initially, the booking didn’t go well. Booking.com hadn’t mentioned that the room had no view, nor that painters would be working on the balcony every morning from 6:30 a.m. We declined this room and explained that we had expected one with a view. The ladies at the front desk handled the situation very professionally and to our complete satisfaction — we even received a complimentary upgrade. Truly an amazing room! Despite this small hiccup, still a 10 out of 10!

Overlooking the beach and a stone’s throw from the beachfront restaurants, it’s the perfect getaway for a staycation. They even had a surprise Christmas party + magic show for the kids which my kids loved. My family room had a bunk bed for kids which was another excellent feature.
