Amazing Service and Unforgettable Experience! I cannot praise the staff enough for their incredible service during our stay. A special shoutout to Céline and Austin for going above and beyond to make our trip memorable. We stayed at Lions Hotel, where Austin graciously upgraded our room, making our stay even more comfortable. Later, at L’Signature, we were once again upgraded to a beautiful, larger room with a stunning balcony—an absolute treat! To top it all off, the staff surprised us with a thoughtful gift, and on our departure, they carried our luggage to a taxi 300 meters away, as the weekend restricted car access. Their dedication and attention to detail left a lasting impression. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—it’s exceptional! Thank you again to the amazing team for making our experience truly unforgettable.

Super location, really liked the street itself. Great view from top floor, super helpful and caring girls at reception.

Great location, customer service was absolutely fantastic. Julie and Sam at reception were really helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our room was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind, especially Minh, who helped us with tours and more. Clean rooms, excellent facilities, and a delicious breakfast with lots of fresh fruit.

It felt as if the staff magically knew what we needed — without us needing to say anything! Thank you in particular to Cloud, Leo, Peter, and Jenny. Getting to stay here made our honeymoon.

The best thing about this hotel is its location as well. Just in front of Hoankiem Lake, it's a five-star hotel in the best location. I chose this accommodation to visit during this Vietnam TET period and enjoy the fireworks right in front of me at midnight on January 1st. The fireworks from the rooftop on the 12th floor were the best and the accommodation was very satisfying. Thank you for your kind staff, The breakfast is also really delicious, so I recommend you to try it. I will stay when I come to Hanoi again next time.
