He picked us up and dropped us off at the station and recommended his favourite tours and sights for our time in Phong Nha. Great food and coffee and team there very helpful. Lovely place to hve breakfast, read a book by the pool overlooking nature, have a wine around the fireplace. The team is so friendly and helpful and makes you feel at home.

Even before I arrived, staff was in touch with me, and helped me to book my bus into town. Staff was also very helpful organizing a tour and giving me a tip on a great "beach" by the river, among other things.

It's a little far from the city centre but you are aware of that before booking. Value is great, would definitely recommend.
