We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Tohfa at the reception. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. He always greeted us with a smile, answered all of our questions patiently, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help truly made a difference to our experience. We would also like to mention that the entire hotel staff was amazing. Everyone we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel at home throughout our stay. Tohfa is a true asset to the hotel, and employees like him are one of the main reasons we would happily choose to stay here again. Thank you to Tohfa and the entire team for your outstanding hospitality—we can’t wait to come back!
