A superb location to explore the heart of Buenos Aires. A boutique hotel which on its own is worthy of praise but when you add in the service received from each member of staff it becomes a location that is highly recommended

Located right in front of the river. Superior rooms are very spacious and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I had a tiny issue with the phone and in 10 minutes the maintenance guy was here to fix it. Otherwise everything went well. Check in was quick and easy, breakfast buffet was great and the gym was descent.

The staff were very pleasant. Room was spacious and clean. The bed was very confortable and its what I need before my flight.

Really nicely renovated historic building in a very tourist-friendly part of Buenos Aires with lots of restaurants and walkable areas. Very responsive and friendly staff too.

Perfect location in San Telmo, very clean, super nice staff.

We had a lovely stay in this historical hotel, beautifully decorated in a quiet part of the San Telmo neighbourhood. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. We greatly appreciated that both hot and cold water are available all day for refilling water bottles / making tea etc in the dining area.

The location of the hotel in Puerto Madero is simply spectacular; surrounded by beautiful waterscapes and vibrant nightlife

Incredible staff - total professionals, friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Thomas and Jeronimo. The hotel location is excellent and we preferred San Telmo over Palermo and Recoleta.

The buffet breakfast at this hotel offers many choices. Staff refresh the buffet, and items and food are refreshed regularly. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main square. The room is very large and comfortable. The staff are helpful, and always welcoming.

Location is great, rooms are comfortable, reception is very helpfull, room cleaning is very successfull.

I will tell you why I gave this place 5 stars. The location is great. To me it is unbearable and it has a huge huge advantage. Let me tell you about the huge advantage of staying here. It may not be for everyone but it’s definitely worth knowing about it. Very close to the hostel, less than one minute walk is some type of a taxi depot. All taxis that leave from that depot/fuel station go past the hostel. I was running a little late for the airport and both Uber and Didi were not available or were quite far. We all know how Uber and Didi sometimes cancel and it’s a pain to wait for them. Also at the time that I left there was a price increase with both Uber and Didi and they were both more expensive than the taxis. So waiting for an Uber (which was not coming even with a high surge of 6,000 pesos to the AEP airport) I stopped a taxi who took me right away to the airport for less than 4,000 pesos with the meter on. Thanks to that Taxi depot nearby you’ll never be left without a ride to the airport if Uber or Didi is not available (or too expensive due to surges). Now, another reason I gave this hostel a 5 star rating: I was checking out and the owner said hey, I need to give you some change back. I was certain he didn’t owe me anything because I stayed one extra night and I paid for that only the difference from the change I was owed. The owner insisted I was wrong and asked me to stay to get the extra money back. I am certain he made a mistake and didn’t owe me anything. But because I was in a hurry to get to the airport I agreed with him. Mr owner if you are reading this review, I am telling you, you didn’t need to give me any money back. I know I overpaid the first two nights with the American dollars and I was supposed to get some change as your night guy didn’t have the change. But, I stayed an extra night so I had to give you extra which I did and that little extra took into account the change I was owed. Even after the owner gave me back my money

It is an upmarket, splendid looking hotel in a central Buenos Aires location. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a good view of the city. We also liked the roof top swimming pool. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel was exceptionally good value for money.

Location was great. Rooms were clean, comfortable & modern. Very accommodating with our late checkout.
