Loved this one! Sisi's museum was extremely interesting and well kept with both books, clothes and so go on. We also enjoyed the silver collection and the imperial apartments. Too bad we couldn't take any pictures.

Its big, no I mean really big. The different museums etc are divided around the complex. The treasury is well worth a visit and a great history lesson as well. The main imperial apartments are beautiful and leave one thinking 'wow these people had some dosh!' Fascinating facts about Empress Elizabeth, Franz Joseph may have been a reactionary throw back but he really loved his wife. Just remember, as with everything in Vienna, sensible walking shoes are a must because its not a quick visit and you will be walking a long way, did I mention how big it is?

The location was amazing and it is very closed to Gaben and Kohlmarkt street ( the most famous location that has many amazing shops /Brands , restaurants , and cafes) , Wien Museum, and Hofburg palace. The hotel price was reasonable. The distance between hotel and Wien Westbahnhof train station is 4.3 km ( 11 minutes) and cost you around 16 Euro while the distance between the hotel and Vienna Airport is 21 km ( 22 minutes) and cost you 55 Euro) . The hotel in front of the Cafe Central.

The hotel itself is quite nice. It is on the smallish side, and some parts are a bit dated, but it definitely has a lot of charm and is very cozy and pleasant. The staff are very nice and helpful as well. Aside from the huge negative below, the location is also quite good, being across the street from the beautiful Stadtpark and within an easy 30-minute walk of the Innerstadt, Hofburg Pallace and absolute tons of restaurants, bars and shopping.

Rooms are very clean and very well maintained and crew was extremely nice and very helpful. I would recommend the breakfast if you or your kids like the hotel buffet breakfast kind (like mine do). Great location, close to hofburg and a lot of museums and other points of interest like naschmarkt and house of music. Many restaurants and cafes around to pick which ever you feel like. Would come back for sure if ever I visit Vienna again.

The place is gorgeous and it is SMACK IN THE MIDDLE OF VIENNA. My sister and I only had a couple of days in Vienna, but we were able to navigate the city so easily because of the ideal location of this apartment (literally across the street from st. michael's wing of the hofburg palace). During the mornings, I could people watch out the window, but at night, it was quiet and serene.
