The staff was so professional and kind, always ready to help. The room itself was very sweet and cozy- probably the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a hotel. All the main museums were within a 15 minute walk from the hotel (the Leopold museum, Albertina, Hofburg...)- but you can also use the number 2 tram that is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast in the hotel was wonderful with many options and regionally sourced products. We had a fenomenal stay in Vienna. Would recommend it to anyone.
