We had a fantastic stay at 1 Hotel Melbourne. The hotel is beautifully designed, the facilities are first-class, and every part of our stay exceeded our expectations. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall experience was outstanding. What impressed us most was the exceptional service. Every member of the team we encountered was warm, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We would especially like to recognise the staff member who assisted us with our luggage. He was incredibly kind, courteous, and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the very beginning. His professionalism and willingness to help left a lasting impression on our family. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would gladly stay at 1 Hotel Melbourne again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne.
