By far the best hotel I've stayed at ever,no matter the country The staff here possess next lever customers service I can't stress enough how great it's been.. Not a single negative opinion . As a matter of fact we were enquiring about reservations for next year. That speaks for it self. Whatever the management and staff are doing, Kepp doing guys You've perfected this field of service!

Fantastic staff, very clean rooms, great restaurant, including breakfast (fishcakes and the full breakfast!) And all on the beachfront and in the best location on the South Coast imho. A short walk from Worthing Food Court, supermarkets, the next beach (Rockley) which has the great Tikibar and of course Chefette! Good snorkeling in Dover just a walk away or take the ZR 5mins to Carlisle to basically see turtles every single time. Also every Wednesday the Coral Mist manager hosts complimentary drinks poolside! What a lovely touch. We stayed at Christmas and a great Christmas dinner buffet was available with advance booking - but many thanks for getting us in without booking! Many thanks to all the cleaning, security, service and management staff at Coral Mist for the perfect winter getaway!

The staff was very accommodating and the place looked very attractive. The room had everything we needed and more. My son is in a wheelchair and the resort was very accessible. Furthermore, the resort assigned us a room that was perfect for our needs in terms of accessibility, which we highly appreciated. The hotel manager was on the ball and the weekly manager's cocktail reception was highly appreciated by all guests. We have already recommended the hotel to several people from our home country and hope to be back some time.

Amazing location and great rooms

This hotel is literally perfection. Beautiful! Picture-perfect! The access to the beach can’t get any better. Big rooms, also an amazing amount of wardrobes and dressers for storage. Clean. The view is stunning. Possibilities for dining, snacks and Cocktails are endless - you get it at the hotel as well es around in the area. The stuff is super nice, I felt safe the whole time

Well the check in was smooth. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Miss Charlotte Hall was stand out amongst the staff for her work ethics and helpfulness throughout the stay.

Breakfast was amazing and exactly what I needed before a lengthy flight. The room was spacious and clean with a tempting view of the pool. The staff was pleasant and courteous.
