Hotel X is probably the best hotel in Rajshahi: the hotel is new, rooms are spacious, the rooms have all the amenities you need, the restaurant has good meals and breakfast - even if you stay there during Ramadan, they will prepare breakfast and meals at any time of the day. The location is quote central, but the rooms (even on the street side) are quiet, as there is a large church with park opposite the hotel. Staff are very friendly.

Undoubtedly the best hotel in Rajshahi. The place is extremely well-maintained, and everything feels well thought-out and planned. The rooms are well designed, clean, and very cozy. They also provided a complimentary fruit basket in the afternoon, which was a fantastic touch. They have a small coffee shop on the ground floor that makes fantastic coffee (I tried the white mocha, and it was great). The only Cineplex in the city is also in the same building (the entry/exit is separate, so the hotel itself never felt crowded at all).

Garden View Villa is located in Rājshāhi. This 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The hotel also provides free WiFi and free private parking.

My train was at 6am that day so I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on the quality of the breakfast.
