Very Friendly staff throughoutclean and good facilities. The location is excellent, great pool and choice of bars on the complex. Food was good.

Great location, food and beverage excellent

I loved everything, the food, the room, the reception. i have zero complaints. Everyone is so nice and receptive with broad smiles, the room is big and spacious, they have a nice pool outside with food and drinks. lastly, the food is very delicious and so many varieties. You can also just walk to the beach.

Very clean and modern. Fantastic value for money and nice staff. Buffet breakfast is also roughly £5.

There are a lot of things to say but I don't know which one I should start ☺ hotel staff was so friendly and talkative. Room was smelling so nice and was so clean. Probably will be my favorite hotel in sunny beach.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The food was excellent and varied, offering something new and delicious every day. Our room was quiet and comfortable, providing the perfect environment for rest. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to answer any questions. The hotel's location is great, just a few steps from the beach, making all the seaside activities easily accessible. The value for money was also excellent, truly worth the price. We will definitely return!

The room was lovely it's a beautiful hotel and very clean. Plenty of choice with the food it was busy but plenty of staff so no problem. Pizza and ice cream as snacks. Excellent hotel pool was lovely.

wonderful experience, the receptionists were very nice and friendly and replied my every request. The hotel was very clean and every day they are cleaning the hotel, the rooms. A very warm, quite and domestic atmosfere in a wonderful location. The breakfast was also very nice. I had a wonderful experience and i will definitely come back

We had an amazing time at Flamingo Beach Hotel, the staff is really friendly and helpful and the facilities are in good shape. The breakfast 🥞 is the cherry on the top and the location of the hotel makes it a perfect fit for families. Would definitely come back! Cheers 🍻

The hosts were very welcoming and did everything to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious and above average for the area. Beds were comfy and there was spare bedding if you felt the need. Breakfast was good in the restaurant but the jewel in the crown was the garden bar and outside restaurant. Really good food and well served. Will I book here again? A big resounding YES

We stayed at the Karlovo twice.The hotel is close to shops,taxi rank,flower street is only few minutes walking distance.The staff is great and Persiana is an excellent host and a credit to the Karlovo.

This beach front Grand Hotel is just absolutely amazing, The spacious swimming pool with very comfortable sunbeds and the variety of entertainment during the evenings is perfect. The rooms are very big with modern furniture. Since the moment I checked in I felt like being at home and the guy at the reception Mr Mitko was very helpful and kind explaining everything we needed to know. Also the other 2 guys Mr Zahari and Mr Dani were very professional and so friendly. Everything was unforgettable next time I'll come to Sunny Beach I'll definitely come to this wonderful hotel.
