Very good hotel, great location, fantastic breakfast.

Excellent staff on arrival, got room early for us. Room was very comfortable. Excellent roof top pool and bar area. Breakfast had wide range. Easy location for Ubers. Interesting restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel RJ Santos hotel. Without exception all of the staff made us feel very welcome. We don’t speak Portuguese but everyone made a great effort to either speak English to us or to understand what we wanted. We had breakfast and our evening meals at the hotel every day and both were exceptional. The food was delicious and great value for money. Our room was spotlessly clean. If we go to Rio de Janeiro again we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel.

Breakfast and location and price.

I used this for one night coming from the inter states bus station. It was good for the purpose, one night was plenty. Small rooms, old fashioned furniture and simple breakfast. Value for money.

The location is on the main street

Located in the city centre, close to the metro (important for those who want to move to the beaches). Calm and safe street. Pretty basic, ideal for 2 nights stay.
