Although it’s not the safest neighborhood (which is normal for any downtown area of a big city), the 24h reception and security safe to go in or out at any time of the day. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side but they are indeed very quiet and modern. A great hotel for couples or friends, specially if you’re willing to use the subway.

Location is close to city centre . Lots of buses and close to Metro station. Plenty shops , supermarkets and places to eat within 5 minutes. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms with TV and shower . Very clean ..!! Breakfast 6/30 till 10 am. Large breakfast with lots of choices. Check.out not until 12 pm.!! PS. Sao Paulo is large.....very large..!!

I love the location of the hotel as it was in the house of the old town, many food and restaurants restaurants outside, as well as many attraction please, the staff was very helpful what cut my eyes was the breakfast it was outstanding. Staff was very helpful for my short journey and gave us a lot of idea to places to visit and how to take the train. Those mentality of the stuff was amazing, even on our last day when I was heading to the airport as they helped us manage. Get safe Taxi .

The staff were wonderful, both Sidnei and José were incredibly kind and helpful, and patient with my lack of Portuguese - I they took time to communicate with me via translator app and helped me with everything. Amazingly kind people.

Good breakfast, comfortable room size, friendly staff

The staff is superb. I made a request and they granted it. Every time we needed help, Henrique and Junior (receptionists) were there for us. Even the cleaning lady Fran and the kitchen staff were very attentive. If you happen to book your stay with breakfast, make sure to eat the cake, it's simply delicious.
